Our sweetest marmalade, made from summer-harvested California Valencia oranges.

Valencia is the great juice orange, but when grown for flavor and harvested at peak maturity, it becomes something far more interesting than ordinary orange sweetness. We test our fruit the way winemakers test their grapes, waiting for the right balance of sweetness, flavor, and ripeness before harvest. In our summer Valencia crop, the acidity softens dramatically, leaving behind a lush, honeyed orange flavor.

This marmalade received two Merit awards at the 2026 World Marmalade Awards in the United Kingdom.

Tasting Notes: Sweet Valencia orange, honey, warm spice, tropical fruit, low acidity, and a smooth, sunny finish.

How to Enjoy: Serve with toast, croissants, pancakes, yogurt, ice cream, soft cheeses, roasted carrots, glazed ham, or citrus-forward cocktails.
