Melogold is the grapefruit marmalade for people who think they do not like grapefruit.
Made from an uncommon heirloom grapefruit variety, this marmalade is softer, rounder, and more approachable than a traditional bitter grapefruit preserve. Melogold was developed to be peeled and eaten in sections like an orange, and its pale fruit, faint blush, and fragrant peel give this marmalade its beautiful amber color and unusually smooth flavor.
While still unmistakably grapefruit, Melogold is graceful rather than sharp—bright, mellow, and quietly complex.
Tasting Notes: Blackberry up front, warm amber citrus, delicate grapefruit peel, and a subtle grapefruit finish.
How to Enjoy: Pair with buttered toast, yogurt, soft cheeses, roasted vegetables, grilled seafood, cocktails, or a cheese and charcuterie board.
