Why California citrus

California citrus is its own thing: sweeter than Mediterranean fruit, with thinner and more aromatic peel. Navel and Valencia oranges, Ojai Pixie tangerines, Meyer and Eureka lemons, Minneola tangelos, and Duncan and Melogold grapefruit each bring something different, and we build products around the individual variety rather than a generic "citrus" flavor.
