Harvest November to April in Redlands (typical window; each batch is made in season)
California Citrus Marmalade • Redlands-Area Mandarins • Tree-Ripened
Our most aromatic marmalade.
Made primarily from Satsuma-type mandarins grown across six small groves in the Redlands area, this marmalade captures the fragrance, oil-rich peel, and honeyed sweetness that make mandarins so beloved. Satsumas first came to California with Japanese immigrants during the Gold Rush era and found a natural home in the Redlands East Valley, where the climate helps develop their bright aromatics and balanced sweetness.
Open the jar and the fragrance does half the selling for you.
