Soap & Essential Oils

Citrus peel carries most of the fruit's scent. This collection is what we make from it: one bar of soap with a family history and two essential oils.

Gill Orange Soap. More than 100 years ago, W.L. Gill, a Southern California citrus grower and our great-grandfather, made an orange soap to bring the scent of the groves indoors. We still make it to his original recipe, in the molds he designed and made himself. For four generations the family hand-milled it for our own household. Each bar combines Navel orange essential oil with real dried orange peel.

Navel Orange Essential Oil. From Navel oranges grown in the groves of Southern California: sweet orange peel and citrus zest.

Eureka Lemon Essential Oil. From the classic California lemon: fresh lemon peel.

The soap and oils go well with the rest of our citrus: the Navel Orange lip balm, the marmalades and the Orange Blossom candle.
