These terms cover the Old California Botanicals text message program ("OCB Texts"), run by Old California Botanicals, 1374 Oak Street, Redlands, California 92373.

What you'll get

When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Old California Botanicals at the mobile number you gave us. These include harvest news, restock alerts, offers, holiday shipping reminders and reminders about items left in your cart. You will get up to 4 messages a month. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Old California Botanicals does not charge for texts.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You'll get one text confirming that you've been unsubscribed, and no more marketing texts after that. To join again, sign up on our website or reply START.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy

We use your mobile number only to send the messages described above. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text message opt-in and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
