What is Old California Botanicals?
We’re a Southern California botanical and specialty food company based in Redlands, CA. We make World Marmalade Award-winning small-batch preserves, handcrafted fragrances, candles, soaps, and lip balms inspired by California’s citrus and botanical heritage.

Where is your marmalade made?
All of our marmalades are made in a licensed commercial kitchen in Southern California using locally sourced, California-grown citrus. Grown and made in the USA.

What awards have your marmalades won?
Our marmalades have won multiple medals at the World Marmalade Awards in Dalemain, UK — including Silver and Bronze medals at the 2026 competition.

Are your products available in stores?

Orders & Shipping

How quickly do you process orders?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday–Friday. Most ship within 24 hours.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Email us immediately at support@oldcaliforniabotanicals.com with your name and order number. We’ll do everything we can to catch it before it ships.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
