We carefully pack and ship each order from California using trusted carriers to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.

U.S. Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $50 or more, excluding heavy or glass-packaged items such as marmalade.

Standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders. Expedited and express shipping options are also available at checkout and are calculated in real time based on carrier pricing.

Heavy or glass-packaged items may incur additional shipping charges regardless of order total.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada and select Western European countries, with additional international destinations to be added over time.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier. Expedited international shipping options may be available depending on location and item eligibility.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Certain items may have shipping restrictions in some countries due to carrier or regulatory requirements.

Fragrance Products

Fragrance items may have additional shipping restrictions and are not eligible for expedited or international air shipping.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary by shipping method and destination and are estimated at checkout.
