Shipping policy

We pack each order and ship it from California.

Processing time

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday. Delivery time then depends on the shipping method and the destination, and an estimate is shown at checkout. We can't guarantee delivery dates.

U.S. shipping

Standard shipping is complimentary on U.S. orders over $50, including marmalade and fragrance. For orders under $50, and for expedited or express services, rates are calculated at checkout from carrier pricing and shown before you pay.

Holiday orders

For Christmas delivery, order by Friday, December 18.

International shipping

Rates and available countries are shown at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the product price or the shipping cost.

Some items may have shipping restrictions in some countries because of carrier or regulatory requirements.

Fragrance

Eau de parfum ships within the U.S. and Canada only. Canadian orders ship by ground service. Fragrance is not eligible for expedited or international air shipping.

Damaged or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email us with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right. See our returns and refunds policy for details.
