Our family has grown Minneola tangelos in Redlands since the variety was developed in the 1930s. For generations, the fruit from these trees was something we guarded for family and close friends: fragrant, juicy, deeply flavored, and unlike anything found in an ordinary grocery store.
Minneola is a tangerine-grapefruit cross, with the brightness of a tangerine and the depth of a more complex citrus. In marmalade, it becomes one of our most layered flavor experiences.
This marmalade won two Bronze medals at the 2026 World Marmalade Awards in the United Kingdom.
Tasting Notes: Bright citrus opening, papaya, avocado honey, allspice, and a darker, lingering finish.
How to Enjoy: Serve with toast, scones, tea, sharp cheeses, roasted meats, savory glazes, marinades, or as a cooking ingredient where citrus and spice belong together.
