Soft, floral, and aromatic, Meyer Lemon Marmalade captures the gentler side of California citrus.
Our Meyer lemons are grown on a small family operation near Victoria Avenue in Riverside. Meyer lemon is not a true lemon, but a naturally sweeter citrus with mandarin ancestry, which gives this marmalade its rounded flavor, perfumed peel, and subtle mandarin finish.
This is the lemon marmalade for cooks. Its balance of citrus, floral, and herbal notes makes it as useful in the kitchen as it is beautiful on the breakfast table.
Tasting Notes: Floral lemon, soft acidity, herbal citrus blossom, honeyed brightness, and a delicate mandarin peel finish.
How to Enjoy: Whisk into salad dressings with olive oil and vinegar, glaze vegetables, spoon over ice cream, serve with cheesecake, pair with soft cheeses, or enjoy on warm toast.
