Our Eureka lemons are estate-grown in Redlands in a heritage grove planted in 1897, set among a Gilded Age botanical garden. Eureka lemon is a classic California variety with Gold Rush-era roots, named for its resemblance to a golden nugget. Grown in our warm inland climate and harvested in summer, these lemons develop a naturally softer acidity, leaving behind a clean, elegant lemon flavor.

This marmalade won two Bronze medals at the 2026 World Marmalade Awards in the United Kingdom.

Tasting Notes: Lemon drop, golden citrus, low acidity, clean lemon peel, and a smooth, elegant finish.

How to Enjoy: Serve with charcuterie, spoon over miniature cheesecakes, bake into pastries, glaze chicken or pork, stir into iced tea, shake into cocktails, or pair with yogurt and granola.
