Our Botanicals Specialist, JP, knows his way around an orange tree. A seventh generation Californian and fifth generation of a California citrus growing and packing family, Beall draws inspiration for OCB’s products from the experiences growing up in the heart of California Citrus Country and all the other plants and produce there. Beall travels extensively throughout the state exploring California’s rich botanical and horticultural history, often looking for interesting specimens of heritage plants. He actively supports open land and agricultural land preservation at all levels of government. Beall is a Board Member of the County Farm Bureau and its Young Farmers & Ranchers Program, and is on the State Farm Bureau’s Committee for Fruit Trees.
