Made primarily from Satsuma-type mandarins grown across six small groves in the Redlands area, this marmalade captures the fragrance, oil-rich peel, and honeyed sweetness that make mandarins so beloved. Satsumas first came to California with Japanese immigrants during the Gold Rush era and found a natural home in the Redlands East Valley, where the climate helps develop their bright aromatics and balanced sweetness.

Tasting Notes: Highly aromatic mandarin peel, honey, soft citrus sweetness, gentle marmalade tannin, and a clean, balanced finish.
