Our small-batch, single source Minneola Tangelo Marmalade is made from hand-picked, tree-ripened fruit grown on our family farm in Redlands, California within the long famed Redlands Heights microclimate—part of the historic citrus belt known for producing some of the finest citrus in the world. Crafted by a fourth-generation marmalade maker using traditional methods, this artisan preserve delivers an unmatched depth of flavor and vibrant character.
What is a Minneola Tangelo?
A cross between a sweet tangerine and a tangy grapefruit, the Minneola tangelo is juicy, aromatic, and prized for its bright, complex flavor. Our family has grown this variety in Redlands since the 1930s. It was our great-grandfather’s favorite tree, part of a personal orchard of rare and grafted citrus, shared only with family and friends. Every generation since has honored the tradition by planting tangelo trees near their homes as a symbol of friendship and hospitality—and now we’re sharing it with you.
